(1) The commodity is being dispatched after the entire amount of the order is credited to our bank account.
If we should not be able to accept - approximately due to the unavailability of the commodity of an order, we communicate this immediately to the customer.

(2) Orders from Germany or Austria are dispatched insured over GLS. Orders from other countries are dispatched insured as a package over the Austrian Post AG.

(3) The commodity is dispatched to the address indicated by the customer. With incorrect, incomplete or unclear data by the customer, he bears all costs developing from it.

(4) For damage developed on the route of transportation no liability is assumed. Opened one and/or damaged packages have to be complained immediately at the supplier.

(5) Orders from the European Union (Germany, France...) over € 100,00 are free of postage.

(6) With orders from under € 100.00 commodity value we charge a forwarding expenses lump sum over € 8,90 for the insured dispatch.

(7) With orders from Germany under € 100.00 commodity value we charge a forwarding expenses lump sum over € 4,95 for the insured dispatch.

(8) With orders from Austria under € 100.00 commodity value we charge a forwarding expenses lump sum over € 3,10 for the insured dispatch.

Payment

We accept in principle only prepayment.

For the transfer it's essential that the order number and customer name is indicated.
